HOW DO I REACH CUSTOMER CARE? ?

Customer care can be reached by emailing admin@queenofthefight.com or by dropping us a DM on Instagram @QUEENOFTHEFIGHT. Our Customer care team aim to respond within 2 business days.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship within the UK via Royal Mail. Postage is a fixed fee and if you are eligible for free shipping, you will be informed at checkout.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Return or exchange requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date to be valid. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if products are returned damaged or are not in a sale-able condition. We do not refund any shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Unfortunately you cannot change your order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order after placing please contact the customer care team via email at admin@queenofthefight.com

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you have received your dispatch email then this means your order is on its way. If you have not yet received your dispatch email and it has been more than 2 business days since you placed the order, please contact us at admin@queenofthefight.com. When contacting us please quote your order number found on your order confirmation email.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

A refund will take on average 14 business days from point of goods receipt.
