28 DAYS TO RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Return or exchange requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date to be valid. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days. All tags must be attached to the items as per the original sale condition for the return to be valid.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if products are returned damaged or are not in a sale-able condition. We do not refund any shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

LATE RETURNS

Any returns notified or sent outside of the 14 day window will not be honored. The 14 days starts from the date you received the order.

RETURN & REFUND TIMELINE

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your items to be retuned to us. Once received we will let you know. We will process your refund within 2 working days. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to hit your account. Refund timelines are dictated by your provider and are outside of our control.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT AND WHAT DOES IT COST

UK returns are via Royal Mail and subject to Royal Mail Charges, please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund. We do not refund the original shipping cost, unless the items are faulty. We do not refund the returns cost unless you are returning all items.
